Of all the Windsor styles, the sackback, most agree, is perhaps the most comfortable. This Massachusetts survivor is no exception. According to the history attached beneath the seat, it lived for many years on the Sout Shore and dates from around 1795.

Structurally original. Undistuurbed painted surface from the Victorian period.
